The Musqueam Indian Band (MIB) and the Fraser River Discovery Centre Society (FRDCS) are proposing to develop the Fraser River Discovery Centre as  xʷtatəl̕ləm, a Place of Learning about the Indigenous heritage and teachings of the Fraser River.
