APRIL 20TH

Pollinator Party!

See what all the buzz is about! Join us as we celebrate the important work that pollinators do to help keep the Fraser watershed fertilized, nourished, and thriving. Early spring is a wonderful time to get to know the bats, butterflies, and birds hard at work. Without them, plant life in the Fraser River basin would have a very hard time growing fruits or seeds.

WHAT:

  • Model pollination in action and observe how flowers and pollinators work together.
  • Get to know local pollinator species!
  • Decorate a mini pollinator pond to take home.

WHEN: Saturday, April 20th, 10:00am – 4:00pm

WHERE: Fraser River Discovery Centre, 788 Quayside Drive, New Westminster, BC

COST: Included in admission to the Discovery Centre. Admission is free for members.

  • Family Ticket ($20.00 each) – for 2 adults and up to 4 children
